AZ Nail Lounge LLC is a private, one-on-one nail studio specializing in luxury natural-nail care in Peoria, AZ. Every appointment is personalized, unrushed, and focused on maintaining and protecting your natural nails. APPOINTMENT ONLY — NO WALK-INS. All appointments are requested through our online booking system. New clients must complete the required New Client Form before an appointment can be accepted. Because appointments are intentionally limited, availability may be limited. If you don't see the appointment you want, joining the Waitlist is highly encouraged. No additional guests are permitted during appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy Out of respect for my time and other scheduled guests, the following policies are strictly enforced: • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. • A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and the 50% fee will apply. • Arriving late may require shortening or modifying the service to remain within the scheduled appointment time. The full-service price will still apply. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit before future appointments can be booked. Payment Authorization & Failed Charges A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. If a cancellation or late fee cannot be processed due to a declined or invalid card, the outstanding balance must be paid before any future appointments may be scheduled. Nail Repair Policy To schedule a nail repair, please use the booking site. Repair services are provided within the first 7 days following your appointment. Please note: repairs resulting from picking, peeling, improper aftercare, or product removal will incur a repair fee. Client Experience & Service Standards AZ Nail Lounge LLC is a curated private client experience focused on nail health, maintenance, and elevated care. I reserve the right to decline services if expectations, maintenance requirements, or nail health standards cannot be reasonably met.
