CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy Out of respect for my time and other scheduled guests, the following policies are strictly enforced: • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. • A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and the 50% fee will apply. • Arriving late may require shortening or modifying the service to stay within the scheduled time. The full service price will still apply. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit for future bookings. Payment Authorization & Failed Charges A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. If a cancellation or late fee cannot be processed due to a declined or invalid card, the balance must be paid before any future appointments may be scheduled. Nail Repair Policy: To schedule a nail repair, please use the booking site. I provide repair services within the first 7 days of service. Note that if the damage appears to be due to picking or peeling off the product, a charge for nail repairs will apply. AZ Nail Lounge is a curated private client experience. I reserve the right to decline services if expectations, maintenance, or nail health requirements cannot be met. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business.
